About Me
As an experienced drug/alcohol and mental health counselor, it is my honor to assist you in exploring your core issues and move toward a healthy, fulfilling life. I offer individual therapy sessions online and in-person in and around North Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
As a walk and talk and eco-nature therapist, I also meet with women in-person in such confidential and stress free locations as walking trails, parks, gyms, and community based locations to support women in improving their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
If you are a woman seeking mental health, substance/alcohol, or Christian/spiritual counseling, I would be pleased to work with you in a counseling approach that is best suited to your needs, growth, and well-being. If you are interested in spiritual counseling, clinical research and my experience supports that being spiritually well helps us to be mentally, physically, and emotionally well.
