About Me
As an experienced Christian mental health and drug/alcohol counselor, it is my honor to offer Christian mental health counseling to women ages 18 and above to support you in overcoming challenges and moving toward a healthy, fulfilling life. I offer individual Christian mental health therapy sessions online and in-person in and around North Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
As a walk and talk and eco-nature Christian mental health therapist, I also meet with women in-person in such confidential and stress free locations as walking trails, parks, gyms, and community based locations to support women in improving their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
